6.1 - Each registration is for a single user only. Malolo Skimboards does not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

6.2 - Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.

9. Malolo Skimboards Products and Services

By ordering any product or service from this website you enter into a firm and irrevocable binding contract between "you" and "us". Malolo Skimboards Products are sold via the third party "PayPal®" and shipped by Royal Mail®. By clicking the "Buy Now" purchase button, you agree that you have read and understood the noticed legal terms and conditions of Malolo Skimboards and are now subject and bound to the terms and conditions herein as well as the terms and conditions of PayPal® and Royal Mail®.

10. Shipping

Malolo Skimboards Products are shipped usually within 2-4 weeks on general terms and conditions of general post. General shipping usually takes between 1-3 business days in the UK and 7-21 days depending on the holding times of the applicable customs procedures of your country. You must email the admin prior to any purchase if you want a rush order. Each country has different rates that the admin must calculate prior to your purchase. Please be patient with response times as we will respond to all inquires within 3 business days.

11. Reputation

We take our reputation very seriously and in good faith we resolve any and all concerns regarding our Malolo Skimboards Products and services to the best of our abilities. We Trust that people are generally good and fair, however for those that choose to launch any frivolous or unwarranted claims or disputes against Malolo Skimboards we reserve the right to activate a Fee Schedule at a billed rate at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to on-sell any debt owed to us or contract any third party collection agent of our choosing without further notice to you. We reserve the right not to disclose to you the name of any third party prior to any on-sell or contract of any third party in collection of any debt owed to us.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with International Trust law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject an exclusive Lex Fori jurisdiction of Malolo Skimboards choice. Fee schedule is at a billed rate at our sole discretion.
